Is Professional Window Cleaning Worth it?
In short..Yes! With a professional window clean you will get better results than doing it yourself. You’ll save time and energy trying to do a task that requires the right equipment and skills and know-how much like any other trade. In some instances, it may even be cheaper to hire a professional when you consider your valuable time and the price of going out and purchasing all the tools necessary to complete the job and you won’t risk your own safety.How much does it cost to have my windows professionally cleaned?
Window cleaning prices vary greatly – we cater for anything from a small villa to multi million dollar waterfront mansions and everything in between! An important point of difference for us, is that we charge the same rates for any property. The main factors are the overall quantity and type of. For example- how many window panes
- type of windows – low set, high set, fixed panes, french windows, louvres, energy efficient glass etc
- type of screens to be cleaned – fibreglass, stainless steel bushfire rated, security screens diamond mesh, crimsafe or similar products *if you want all the framework, sills detailed and window and sliding doors tracks to be vacuumed, and wiped clean
- Is it a first time clean, regular or new build construction clean/final builders clean As a standard we do all internal and external glass, screens and tracks and detail of window frame and sills as a complete job Typically costs start at $150+gst being a minimum service charge, an average lowset home around $350+gst
How often should I clean my windows?
We offer discounts based on frequency. The more you use our window cleaning service in a 12-month period, the lower the price per cleaning. A Window Care package can be designed just for you to meet your individual needs.
What surfaces are suitable to be softwashed?
- Exterior house walls -brick, render, vinyl and timber cladding
- Block walls, retaining walls, sandstone, timber and aluminium fencing
- Pergolas and outdoor areas including most outdoor ceilings
- Shade sails, awnings, gutter edges and copings
- Exterior windows, framework and screens
What surfaces should be pressure cleaned?
- Driveways
- Paths, pavers and pool areas of plain or painted concrete
- Stencil
- Exposed aggregate (like pebblecrete), pool areas, steps, and staircases
If you take a close look around the exterior of your home, chances are you may notice certain areas less a little less desirable -where black mould or algae take hold in the shade, and also where there’s alot of vegetation (overhanging or tall nearby trees, shrubs, bushes etc). Also damp areas particularly that have poor drainage that retain moisture
What possible issues can occur if you hire inexperienced window and exterior cleaners for your home or business?

This can vary due to factors like mould growth from surrounding vegetation and road pollution, even the ocean and surrounding construction or extended dry weather creating dust, bird droppings and insects. Generally yearly is sufficient in most cases
How do you access high roofs and gutters?
We are trained and certified for Working safely at heights we have a large range of extension ladders, platforms, telescopic poles, safety harness and work with 2 person crew where needed, or more if required. I also have construction white card and yellow card (elevated work platforms) if a boom lift may be best suited for the job.
Are you insured?
Yes we have public liability insurance cover of $20 million dollars covering work up to 5 stories for all our services.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare before job begins?
Although we can manage moving small items of furniture, we would prefer not to. We would also ask that you raise / draw blinds with cords. Blind fittings can become brittle with age and sometimes you may not even realise a blind is broken until you pull the cord. Please also remove any items from off your window sills.
Please don’t worry about moving heavy beds that are below a window. In most cases, we’ll still be able to reach to clean it. For our other services we offer it’s often a case of a walk-through. please also refer to our terms of trade about how best to prepare your home and how we are able to help.
How can I pay?
You can make payment via an EFT, Mastercard, Visa Card, bank deposit or cash. We do not accept payment via cheque. Payment is required on completion of your job unless prior agreed, as we are happy to help with your situation just so long we know prior. A full intemised invoice can be emailed to you.
Do you offer discount on multiple services?
Yes. As professional window cleaners, we also offer other exterior home services as well, full housewash, flat surface pressure cleaning, roof cleaning (softwash & pressure), gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning and nanocoat glass protective coatings (shower screens and pool glass balustrades typically). With our time saved on travel and other factors we can pass on savings to you.

Are your cleaning products safe?
All of our products are home-safe and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could affect fabrics or flooring.
What will happen on the day of our clean?
- We will be arrive on time. In the unlikely event we’re running late, we’ll communicate with you so you know.
- We’ll introduce ourselves so you know who’ll be in your home.
- We’ll remove our shoes wherever necessary
- We’ll ensure we know exactly what you’re wanting cleaned and get stuck in to it.
- I always like to communicate and highlight any info on condition of glass and help with advice
- If you’re home, we’ll ask if you would like to you to check your windows to ensure you’re happy prior to our departure.
How much notice do you need?
It depends on the week and time of year. If you’re needing your windows cleaned ASAP, we should be able to help you. We cater for many customers homes and businesses and often regular customers have flexibility if we need to prioritise an urgent job. We have an efficient team who get through alot of workload. If you’re wanting to have your windows cleaned prior to Christmas, we recommend you book weeks in advance.

Typically costs start at $150+gst being a minimum service charge, an average lowset home around $350+gst

All of our products are home-safe and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could affect fabrics or flooring.
How often should I clean my windows?
This is a window cleaning program that offers discounts based on frequency. The more you use our window cleaning service in a 12-month period, the lower the price per cleaning. Discounts can be as much as 30% off regular prices. A Window Care package can be designed just for you to meet your individual needs.
What will happen on the day of our clean?
- We will be arrive on time. In the unlikely event we’re running late, we’ll communicate with you so you know.
- We’ll introduce ourselves so you know who’ll be in your home.
- We’ll remove our shoes whereever necessary
- We’ll ensure we know exactly what you’re wanting cleaned and get stuck in to it.
- I always like to communicate and highlight any info on condition of glass and help with advice
- If you’re home, we’ll ask if you would like to you to check your windows to ensure you’re happy prior to our departure.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare before job begins
Although we can manage moving small items of furniture, we would prefer not to. We would also ask that you raise / draw blinds with cords. Blind fittings can become brittle with age and sometimes you may not even realise a blind is broken until you pull the cord. Please also remove any items from off your window sills.
Please don’t worry about moving heavy beds that are below a window. In most cases, we’ll still be able to reach to clean it. For our other services we offer its often a case of a walk through a chat about how best to prepare your home and how we are able to help.
How can I pay?
You can make payment via an EFT, Mastercard, Visa Card, bank deposit or cash. We do not accept payment via cheque. Payment is required on completion of your job unless prior agreed, as we are happy to help with your situation just so long we know prior. A full intemised invoice can be emailed to you.

We cater for many customers homes and businesses and often regular customers have flexibility if we need to prioritise an urgent job. We have an efficient team who get through alot of workload. If you’re wanting to have your windows cleaned prior to Christmas, we recommend you book weeks in advance.
